Technical Hub (“the Service”) is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for scouting, tactical analysis, medical management and sport direction, provided by [Provider legal name], [address], VAT [___] (“the Provider”). Using the Service implies full acceptance of these Terms.
Registering a club starts a 14-day free trial. After it ends, an active subscription is required to keep using the operational modules. Payments are handled via Stripe; the Provider does not store full card details.
The club undertakes to use the Service lawfully, not to attempt unauthorised access, to protect its credentials and area PINs, and to ensure that only authorised staff access the data — in particular health data.
Data entered by the club (players, staff, health data, analysis) remains owned by the club, which acts as Data Controller. The Provider acts as Data Processor under Art. 28 GDPR, governed by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
The Service is provided “as is” with best-effort continuity. To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for indirect damages or data loss not attributable to its gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
The club may cancel the subscription at any time. On termination, data can be exported within [n] days and will then be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes fall under the courts of [city], without prejudice to any mandatory consumer jurisdiction.
